are accepted from authorized cardholders,
however we do no transactions at
this time over the web, nor do we
give pricing over the web.
The exact billing address for the
card is required to authorize the
card. We use sophisticated
software programs and a human
being to authenticate and
authorize all card transactions.
Fraudulent orders are directed to
the authorities.
We look forward to meeting you,
and answer all your questions. We will be happy to come to
your home for a personal review of your electronic needs.
Currently we limit travel to no more than 100 miles one way.
If you are outside this range please call us for special
arrangements. WE PROVIDE FREE ESTIMATES; HOWEVER ONCE WE ARE
REQUESTED TO DESIGN A SYSTEM FOR YOU, A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.
RETURN POLICY IS SIMPLE, WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY FOR DAMAGED OR
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS; WITHIN THE FIRST THIRTY DAYS, PRODUCT IS
EXCHANGED FOR NEW. AFTER THAT WE FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURERS
WARRANTY DIRECTIONS AND PROMPTLY GET YOUR PRODUCT REPLACED OR
REPAIRED.
USER CAUSED DAMAGED MAY VOID WARRANTY, PLEASE FOLLOW ALL
MANUFACTURER'S OPERATING AND CARE OF PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS. WE
HIGHLY RECOMMEND SURGE PROTECTION, AND WILL PRICE IT INTO YOUR
SYSTEM PACKAGE.
WE OFFER EXTENDED WARRANTIES - UP TO FOUR YEARS BEYOND
MANUFACTURERS.
PRICING IS GUARANTEED BY US IN WRITING, ACCEPTANCE MUST BE
MADE USUALLY WITHIN THIRTY DAYS BY SIGNING PROPOSAL AND
TENDERING A DEPOSIT. VERBAL PRICING IS NOT GUARANTEED, SO ASK
FOR IT IN WRITING; THEREBY WE HAVE VERIFIED IT.
We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone who
in our opinion is trying to commit a fraudulent act by credit
card or other means. Credit cards are accepted along with
driver's license picture I.D. and address and phone number, we
do this only in person. All acts of fraud will be reported to
authorities.
