• Size - direct view = 9 - 38 inches (diagonal), rear- up to 65 inches

• S-Video - better picture if using DVD or games

• component video inputs - better than S-Video, 3 separate signals = better picture - moot point if accessories don't have it

• Comb filter - cleaner picture - cheaper TVs have class comb filters and higher priced models have 3d digital

• Progressive-scan = no horizontal lines visible

• Color temperature control - usually on higher-priced models
